Inspections
You thought cleaning checks were just for students, didn’t you? For Vision, inspections don’t stop with students. We inspect ALL of our properties EVERY TWO MONTHS both the outside AND the inside. Sure, that means we spend at least twice the amount of time on each property than the average management company, but we think it’s worth it. We know your units and you can trust us to keep them secure and in good condition.
Preferred Vendor Relationships
Our Field Services Team has found the best contractors and service providers for every maintenance need. We have negotiated discounted rates with these providers and pass that savings along to our clients WITHOUT a markup.
Tax suggestions and deductible
Remember, cash flow isn’t the only way to make money on investment property. The tax advantages are amazing! Though we aren’t accountants, we are trained regularly on the latest tax laws to help you get the best return on your property. For example, did you know that owners who manage their own properties can’t expense their time? However, they CAN expense ours. Property management services are tax deductible.
